Clients loved the tour
Guide Ty was good. I read and knew we would have to cross the river and through mud but was a little surprised the mud was so thick and long. Overall was a good kayak and hike, but someone ate my sandwich and had to eat veggie sandwich:(
Loved this trip! Highly recommend!
Helm was great and we had a lot of fun!
Maverick was a solid guide for us, providing lots of water bottles and sandwiches and chips and pineapples. Also provided tidbits of history along the hike. The route is kayak, hike, waterfall, hike, kayak. Most all of it is gorgeous, especially around the waterfall. The hikes have multiple stretches going through rivers and creeks, so I dunno how to best tackle that but waterproof hiking shoes and socks were good enough for me. Only way I can see this tour not being 5 stars for you is if you aren't great at kayaking. The kayak bit is longer than we expected and the folks in our group who struggled were basically on their own. Guides will offer to split you up but if you're worried about covid then that's probably not an option. My forearm tendons were totally smoked but all in all, solid tour.
