What your day looks like
On your hour-long Kauai Private Island Helicopter tour, you will be swept away exploring the rugged splendor of the Na Pali Coast, the deep colorful gorges of Waimea Canyon, magnificent Manawaiopuna (Jurassic) Falls, and, weather permitting, the breathtaking Mt. Waialeale Crater, which is the site of Kauais last volcanic eruption 400,000 years ago. This tour is for parties of 2-3 passengers.

Check-in is located at the heliport: 3748 Ahukini Road, Lihue, Hawaii 96766.
Restrictions
Weight Restrictions: Maximum weight limit of 275lbs per passenger. For groups of 3 passengers, no more than one passenger can be 200+lbs. Age Limit: Minimum age of 7 years old to fly (Their door will be ON). Minimum age of 12 years old to fly with the doors OFF. We do not provide any shuttle services: - Both to or from our check-in location nor to the heliport for the flight. - You will check in at our office on Rice street (Located at the Harbor Mall) then you will need to have your own means of transportation to the airport for the tour. By own rental car or transportation services. Mauna Loa is not responsible for any arrangements and or cost of transportation. We do understand that flights do get canceled, as it remains out of our control.

We are located at the Helipads: 3748 Ahukini Road, Lihue Hi 96766. Check-in time is 40 minutes before your flight.

Great tour - beautiful scenery and friendly, informative pilot The reason for my 4-star instead of 5 is that the locations were a little difficult to find - both the check-in spot and the heliport location. You do have to have your own transportation between the two, which I was aware of, but want to make sure others know

Great experience … Check in was easy and quick … Our pilot, Tim, was great - gave us great infomation on points of interest through out the flight. Flying with the wndows off was excellent for taking photos.

This is the only way to see the entire island of beautiful Kauai! Our pilot Hunter was amazing; pointed out his favorite spots, took us up and into the volcano, gave us a bird's eye view of the Napali coast and so much more.
