The journey, in full
Meet your greeter at your flight's designated baggage carousel. Important Notes: - Lei greeting only - Transportation NOT included. -One greeting group per flight - if you're arriving on different flights, you'll need to book individual greetings for each arriving flight. This is one greeting per flight . Therefore, if families will be arriving on more than one flight and all different flights, then multiple lei greeting bookings will need to be made for each flight. - No surprise greetings. You must tell the recipients to look for a sign with their name on it.

We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to scheduled flight arrival time.
Meeting & Pickup
At Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport on Oahu (HNL), our greeter will be standing just outside the baggage claim carousels, wearing a turquoise and dark-blue aloha attire, holding a sign with your customer’s name.

If you are an agent booking this for a client. You have to give them the clients info because they get a text when they land on where to meet the greeter. THis cannot be a surprise. Your guests will miss the experience. The leis were beautiful and the communication was great!
