The tour starts on the corner of Mamo and Punhoa Street, across from the entrance of the farmers market. Here you'll discover the market, learn the history of some of the foods, and explore. The tour stops outside the S Hata Building and you'll learn about the history of Japanese coming to Hawaii and World War 2. You'll stop outside the theater and learn the story of its past The oldest church, hear how it grew from a grass hut and the history of the growth of the church and followers The tour stops outside of the church and you'll hear the history of the Portuguese coming to Hawaii and how they now make up 10% of the population. You'll stop outside the Lyman house and hear about the immigration of the people to Hawaii from the West. The tour stops at the Naha Stone and you'll learn the legend of the stone and how Hawaii was united. The tour stops outside of the Discovery Center and you'll learn a bit about the ocean. The tour stops outside the Tsunami Museum and you'll learn about the history of Tsunamis in Hilo.
