The Experience

What your day looks like

Enjoy a lovely paddle on the Hule’ia River, a beautiful calm-water jungle stream. After cruising downwind for 2 miles, we’ll tie our kayaks to a tree and take a ¾ mile hike up the valley to an enchanting area of waterfalls and swimming holes. Take a swing on our rope into a deep-water mountain pool, and then for the return trip, rather than paddling your kayak into headwinds, kick back and cruise downriver on our motorized Hawaiian canoe. This trip is a great way to have some fun and see some pretty places, without spending your whole day at it.

Everything was excellent except for hiking on a muddy trail. Which could be potentially dangerous. Issac and Nick were superb .

This was an enjoyable activity for me and my 15 year old daughter. The guide was very knowledgeable and patient. Even though the waterfalls were flowing and a little too dangerous to swim in, the hike was short enough and still worth it to see the falls. A significant attraction of this activity is not having to kayak back. Instead you enjoy a nice little boat ride with a captain.

Our family of 6 had a great time on this Kayak adventure! Our guide was so helpful, informative and attentive. The pace and the difficulty was perfect for our group too. We have kids ranging 6-15 and everyone enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this experience!

Ben & Bailey were great! It was a good time even with rainy skies. They kept smiling & encouraging us onward on our expedition.

I've had two clients on this trip now, one family with small-ish children and a couple. Had great reviews from both that it was an amazing tour and perfect for those who don't want a super rigorous experience while still getting an adventure.
