The mostly flat route is great for all skill levels, taking you through Aquatic Park, the Marina District, and Crissy Field, with a photo stop at the Palace of Fine Arts. Ride across the Golden Gate Bridge as your guide shares insights into its construction, history, and role in shaping San Francisco. Once in Sausalito, enjoy free time to explore this charming waterfront town—browse galleries, shop, grab a bite, or simply relax by the bay. The tour ends in Sausalito, where you can ride back to San Francisco on your own or return by ferry (ticket not included). In high season, an optional bike drop-off in Sausalito is available for an additional fee.

Golden Gate Bridge Guided Bike Tour Itinerary Duration: Up to 3 hours (plus optional bonus riding time) Start: Fisherman’s Wharf at 10 AM Your tour begins at Fisherman’s Wharf with a proper bike fitting. You’ll be equipped with a high quality bike, complete with a handlebar bag, helmet, bike lock and a takeaway map. Once everyone is set, your guide leads the group along San Francisco’s beautiful waterfront. Waterfront Ride Follow your guide past some of the city’s most iconic shoreline landmarks, including: -Aquatic Park -Fort Mason -Marina District -Palace of Fine Arts -Crissy Field Continue toward Fort Point, with plenty of photo opportunities along the way. -Golden Gate Bridge Crossing Ride across the Golden Gate Bridge using the wide bike path, taking in sweeping views of San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz, and the Marin Headlands. After the crossing, continue through Vista Point and descend to Sausalito. Finish: Sausalito The guided portion wraps up in the charming waterfront town of Sausalito. Spend time exploring local shops, art galleries, enjoy a delicious meal at restaurants and cafés, or relax by the bay and take in the scenery. Return Options You can head back to San Francisco right after the tour. Take the optional ferry (Extra cost) or ride back to San Francisco. You can choose to keep the bike until shop closing to enjoy a bonus ride at your own pace

Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather and for biking. During the summer months sunglasses, sunscreen and hats are recommended. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the start of the tour. Please bring a photo ID and a credit card for a security imprint/deposit Please contact the local partner a day in advance to secure specialized kids' equipment or bikes, or for directions to the shop This tour runs rain or shine. If it’s canceled due to dangerous weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund Guests must be 13 or older to ride an electric bike
