The tour walks along the boardwalk and the river to the River King where it stops outside and tells the story of the Delta King and the ghosts that are now aboard. The tour stops outside of the Lady Adams building, the oldest in Sacramento, where you'll hear bout the ship the Lady Adams, how it was used to build the building, and the ghosts that walk there now. Old Pioneer Park, you'll learn the history of the Park and why it's sunken and avoided by the locals. Learn the story of the Gold Rush and how it all began (It's sneakier than you think!).
