Your in-home dining experience begins with a delightful spread of cheese and crackers as you get to know your gracious hosts. Gather around a beautifully set dining table adorned with fine china, where you'll savor a thoughtfully prepared three-course meal. Indulge in dishes like salt-roasted salmon paired with red curry and a refreshing Napa cabbage salad with lime vinaigrette. If you don't eat fish, you may be treated to tender veal chops with roasted potatoes and wild mushrooms, or rich polenta served with roasted duck breast in a cherry sauce. Enjoy your meal with up to two glasses of wine or beer, included in your experience. To end on a sweet note, Annie shares a nostalgic family favorite: miniature Dove bars, a tribute to her mother’s love of entertaining. Or Steve will make is Swiss-inspired chocolate mouse.
