What your day looks like
The Glacier Quest Cruise takes you from the quaint seaside town of Whittier to glacier-filled Blackstone Bay, a dramatic deep-water fjord where two tidewater glaciers and several alpine glaciers await. Blackstone and Beloitare tidewater glaciers that have carved a steep pathway to reach PrinceWilliam Sound’s saltwater. Cruise up close to these massive glaciers to watch for telltale signs of movement signaled by the distinct “pop” of glacier ice calving and crashing into the sea. Witness the white spray of glistening waterfalls cascading down to the sea from glaciers perched on the mountain peaks that catch the light, creating a stunning contrast against the dark gray shale and graywacke rocks.

Tunnel and parking fees are not included Upon Arrival: We recommend all guests park first and then walk to our Check-In area. Handicap accessible parking and passenger drop off are available at Cliffside Marina for an additional cost. Public parking is also an additional cost in the lot across the railroad tracks on Whittier Street.
