Full Day Tour in Grand Teton National Park & Jackson Hole
What your day looks like
Pristine Grand Teton National Park and the Jackson Hole wilderness await you on this full day wildlife excursion with us. We’ll take the entire day to observe and photograph wildlife, and explore this complex eco-system. You’ll be accompanied by a professional guide who has an unparalleled passion for the area, a genuine interest in sharing his or her knowledge and a dedication to your enjoyment of the day. Starting January 1, 2026, the U.S. National Park Service has implemented a new non-U.S. resident fee. Non-U.S. residents aged 16 and older must pay an extra $100 USD per person surcharge in addition to the regular entrance fee unless they hold the new America the Beautiful Non-Resident Annual Pass ($250). We highly encourage settling this fee on the National Park Service's website prior to the date of the tour.

The journey, in full
The full day Grand Teton National Park tour will begin close to sunrise to maximize the hours of the day when wildlife is most active. Your educated naturalist guide will seek out wildlife hotspots, often off the beaten path on unmarked dirt roads in our comfortable 4 wheel drive safari vehicles. Make use of our high-quality spotting scopes and binoculars to peak in on the daily habits of local fauna, including moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope, mule deer, wolves, black bears, grizzly bears, bald eagles, and trumpeter swans. After a morning session of uninterrupted wildlife observation, we’ll enjoy lunch together at one of the park’s amazing lodges, either sitting on the deck overlooking Jackson Lake at the Signal Mountain Lodge or rooftop at Dornan’s, overlooking the Snake River with the magnificent Teton Mountain Range in the background. In the winter months, we’ll either cozy up for lunch inside Signal Mountain Lodge or we’ll take in the views of the Teton Mountain Range from Dornans. After a relaxing lunch, we’ll continue to explore the natural landscape of the park and if desired by the group, we’ll embark on a short hike on one of the lesser known trails, along with easy terrain, to observe the smaller wonders of this park. Knowledgeable in so many areas of expertise, make sure to pick your guide’s brain on topics like animal behavior, animal adaptations, snow science, geology of the area, local botany, and the cultural history of this special place.

What travelers are saying
We had an excellent day in the park. Jeff was very accommodating to our individual needs making sure we were always comfortable. A friend once said there is no such thing as fun for the whole family--then again he never met Jeff. Jeff pointed out all the wildlife, is very knowledgeable about the park from animals, to history, and geology. The provided binoculars were a big hit. Lunch was good and in a perfect spot. Jeff sent us photos and videos he took throughout the day which provided a great way to remember the animals and fun we had.
Fantastic tour with Ricky our tourguide who explained all about the different animals and Grand Teton history. Lunch was delicious. Right off the bat, we found Male Moose, followed by a Black Bear, Bald Eagle, Mule deer, a Female Moose cooling down and eating at (believe it or not) Moose Pond, and Bison. Binoculars are supplied as are non-alcohoic drinks. We saw much more with this tour than we would have as a self-guided tour, so our money was well-spent.
This was a highlight of our trip! Lucas was an incredible guide - very knowledgeable and flexible. We saw so much wildlife - moose, elk, pronghorn, buffalo! The equipment this tour company uses is also top-notch. We also learned a lot about Jackson Hole and the history of the area. If you want to see wildlife in Jackson - this tour is a MUST. You won't be disappointed.
