The journey, in full
Departure: West Falls Church: Kick off the day with easy Orange Line access and free parking. Arrival: Leesburg: Explore historic downtown and enjoy a tasting at October 1 Vineyard. Departure: Leesburg: All guests board! Meet your guide, hear the day’s plan, and join in for a chance to win prizes. Winery Stop #1: Enjoy a guided tasting and scenic photo opportunities at our first vineyard destination. Winery & Lunch Stop: Relax at our second stop featuring a robust lunch menu and local Loudoun County wines. Winery Stop #3: One final vineyard visit to savor the best of Virginia’s wine country. Return Journey: Head back with relaxing music and comfortable views. Drop-off: Leesburg: Final farewell to our Leesburg-based guests. Drop-off: West Falls Church: Final return to the Metro station

What to Bring
Cash for personal use Essentials: Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a phone charger to stay powered up and protected throughout the day. Dress Code: Aim for "Classy Casual"—think tailored shorts or slacks. To maintain the vineyard atmosphere, please avoid ripped jeans, sweatpants, or sleeveless shirts for men. Temperature: Our buses are fully air-conditioned. If you are sensitive to cooler temperatures, we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket for the ride. Don't forget your ID! We'll need to verify your age before visiting the wineries
Restrictions
Age Requirement: All guests must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID. Physical IDs are required; digital copies are generally not accepted by Virginia wineries. Outside Alcohol: Per Virginia ABC laws, no outside alcohol is permitted on the vehicle or at the wineries. Only wines purchased at the specific winery being visited may be consumed on-site. Conduct: We promote an educational and relaxed atmosphere. Excessive intoxication or unruly behavior will result in the immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

There are 2 Pickup Locations: Metro DC Departing at 10:00 am: West Falls Church Metro Kiss & Ride Lot (free parking & access on the Orange Line) Parking Information: There are two parking lots- make sure you find the Kiss & Ride lot, the one closest to the entrance to the Metro. Leesburg Departing at 11:15 am: October 1 Vineyard Tasting Room, 7 Loudoun St SW, Leesburg, VA 20175 Parking Information: Park at the Loudoun Town Garage located at 4 Loudoun St SW, Leesburg, VA 20175.
