Detailed Itinerary

The journey, in full

We depart Las Vegas heading west, passing Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam en route to one of the Seven Wonders of the World — the Grand Canyon. We will arrive in the morning and board a native Hualapai shuttle to the first viewpoint, known as Eagle Point. Here, you’ll find the famous Grand Canyon Skywalk — a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway that sits 4,000 feet above the canyon floor and offers spectacular, one-of-a-kind views of the West Rim. The unique design of this bridge will leave you feeling weightless as you “float” with a 360-degree view. (Please note: admission to the Skywalk is included.) After enjoying the Skywalk, there will be time to visit the small Native American village of the Hualapai tribe and enjoy a delicious lunch (included in your tour package) at the air-conditioned Skywalk Café. After Eagle Point, the tour continues to Guano Point, where you’ll experience magnificent views. Its unique topography has made it a popular filming location for Hollywood movies over the decades. Spend time taking in the scenery or hiking one of the many trails in the area. One such trail leads to the remnants of a historic tram site that once ferried miners 8,800 feet across the chasm to the bat guano mines that gave this area its name. After exploring, we return to Guano Point to visit the Native Hualapai market and browse handmade arts and crafts. This is also your last chance for a bite to eat at Guano Point Café, an outdoor restaurant with fantastic views, before we head back for an early evening arrival in Las Vegas.
