What your day looks like

Take in some incredible views as sit back and relax down the Colorado River. We will row through the calm waters experiencing the occasional Class I-II rapids (water level dependent) of the Moab Daily Spot desert bighorn sheep, black bears, and even mountain lions all from the comfort of the raft! Take in the beauty of this historic geography and landscape. Full day trips typically include about 4-5 hours on the water. No experience is required. This trip is beginner-friendly and great for families or anyone looking for a scenic float.

Detailed Itinerary

The journey, in full

Check-In & Shuttle Arrive at the meeting location in Moab before heading to the river with your guide. After a safety briefing and gear fitting, you’ll shuttle to the put-in. Put-In: Fisher Towers Area Launch into calm waters surrounded by towering sandstone formations—one of the most photographed stretches of the Colorado River. Morning Float Enjoy a relaxed float through gentle Class I–II rapids. Your guide will share insights about the geology, history, and wildlife of the canyon. Riverside Lunch Break Stop along the riverbank for a freshly prepared lunch. Take time to relax, explore, or dip your feet in the water. Afternoon Canyon Stretch Continue downstream into quieter, more remote sections of the canyon. With fewer groups and wider views, this portion of the trip feels more secluded and immersive. Take-Out & Return Shuttle End the journey at a downstream take-out point before returning to Moab via shuttle.
