WEIGHT & BALANCE: Our number one priority is the safety of the flight. We are required by FAA Regulations to perform a weight and balance calculation. We will be privately weighing each passenger during check-in to ensure our air-crafts weight & balance is accurate for your safety. All passengers will be weighed on a certified scale. The scale is very discreet and the reading will not be seen by anyone except the staff checking passengers in. If a Guest weighs in significantly higher than their given weight, they may be bumped to a different flight. Refusal to move to another flight due to inaccurate given weights will result in forfeiture of your seat and loss of the fare. If there is no available flight, there will be a 100% forfeiture of the seat and loss of the fare. Note: Passengers over 250lbs will be charged an additional comfort seat. For bookings of two persons traveling together, that does not exceed 250lbs but combined weight exceeds 420lbs will also be charged an additional comfort seat. ARTICLES TO LEAVE AT YOUR HOTEL: There is no TSA stationed at the Heliport, and there are restrictions as to what passengers may take on the flight. The only carry-on items passengers can take on the helicopter will be cameras, cell phones & sunglasses. (Note: cell phones must be put on airplane mode.) Passengers should leave all other personal items in their car or one of the lockers that we provide. PROHIBITED ITEMS : BAGS (this includes camera bags & purses.) iPad, or Tablets Selfie sticks or handles Binoculars Hats. WEATHER: All tours may vary depending on weather and are subject to FAA Regulations. PHOTOGRAPHY: Keep in mind, this is a sightseeing tour. The windows were developed for exceptional viewing, not for photography. We cannot guarantee that your photos will not have any glare since cameras can pick up the reflection of contrasting objects. To help reduce window glare, use manual control and focus on the subject matter. One wide-angle lens is best. If you are a professional photographer we highly recommend chartering a Photography tour with the doors off. (Note: We highly recommend wearing dark clothing to reduce any potential glare or reflection on the windows.) SCUBA DIVING: No scuba diving 24 hours before the flight. Thank you for booking your flight with Safari Helicopters. We are looking forward to meeting and assisting you on your Safari helicopter adventure.

What travelers are saying
We had a wonderful time on our tour. It was the highlight of our honeymoon. The pilot was fantastic and gave us background information on what we saw. The young male who drove us and got us set up was very nice and helpful.
It was fantastic! They took us by van to the airfield where we waited in a covered, comfortable shelter. Attention to safely was very important, and we were given specific instructions about where to stand, how to board the helicopter, etc. The pilot was skilled, and did a great job pointing out the sights. The sights were beautiful! Well worth the cost.
First class company, fantastic flight
Great tour as always - clients loved it!
Steve the pilot was amazing and had the perfect Playlist for the trip as well. The guy that drove us to the helicopter and back was also very friendly and hyped us up.
We love this experience! I am a nervous flyer, but we had a smooth ride, a great pilot, and saw some amazing views!
It was just what they promised!
The helicopter ride was great but we were required to wait excessively for a last minute sign up and they were given the best seating in front the rest of us got rear seating in the middle hard to take photos. NOT FAIR
