What your day looks like

Ocean views, mountain scapes, spectacular scenery, and even the possibility for moose and bear viewing in Anchorage, this is an Anchorage guided bike tour you will never forget! This coastal bike trail in Anchorage is the perfect way to learn about Alaska. It’s also great for all biking abilities and ages. Our Anchorage Coastal Cruise Bike Tour allows you to experience the wild side of Alaska’s largest city on a leisurely 9.5-mile guided ride. The tour begins with a ride through the urban wilderness of Kincaid Park, Anchorage’s largest municipal park. You cycle through wooded hills and pass Cold War missile bunkers. This route also provides some of the best opportunities to see moose in Anchorage. But that’s not all! There are also plenty of opportunities for bald eagle and bear viewing. In addition to Kincaid Park, we also visit Earthquake Park. Here, we bike through some of the lasting devastation from the 1964 Earthquake. The ride then ends at Westchester Lagoon, a waterfowl sanctuary. This bike ride takes place on the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, a paved path that winds through the forested hills nestled along the Cook Inlet. This coastal bike trail from Anchorage offers views of five different mountain ranges, so there are plenty of opportunities for incredible photos along the way. Your guide will fit you for a helmet before picking out a high-quality bike that is perfect for you. We ensure you’re comfortable for the duration of your time with us. During the ride itself, your guide will share the fascinating natural and human history of the area, helping to create a picture of life in Anchorage, both past and present. If you would like more information about this biking tour before booking, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
