Cedar Mountain Fall Colors Tour
What your day looks like
Some of the best fall colors in the west can be found north of the Greater Zion area and just outside of Cedar City. There are dozens of groves of aspen trees that are found in the area around Cedar Breaks National Monument, and the expert guides at Grand Circle Tours know where they’re located. This tour only takes place from mid-September until mid to late October, so book your tour early before the dates we’ve scheduled fill up. Guessing when the fall colors will occur is tricky, and we will only run this tour to places where the leaves are actively turning color. We customize this tour based on where the fall colors are currently located. By mid to late September, the aspens and maples begin turning at higher elevations, so we’ll go to those places during that time. Later, the colors change at lower elevations, so we’ll hit those places in October.
