The tour starts outside the Beale Street Baptist Church and then walks next door to the Robert Church Park, where you'll hear about the start of Beale Street and discover its roots. The tour takes you to Robert Church Park, where you'll hear about Robert Church and how he brought musicians and started Beale Street. The tour stops outside of the W.C. Handy House Museum and you'll learn the story of the father of the blues, and his life. The tour stops outside of the Old Daisy, and New Daisy, and you'll hear its story in history. The tour goes into Handy Park where you'll hear about the history of the musicians that played here, and W.C. Handy. This iconic joint has great food, and a musical story all its own with Rudy Williams, the Mayor of Beale. Pop into A. Schwabs and see their relics and learn about how they helped to stop the destruction of historic Beale. The “Clothier to the King”, is the shop that helped Elvis get his iconic look, and has a story forever linked to Elvis. Elvis, the King of Rock and Roll.
