What travelers are saying
The tour and hop on/off bus was amazing. . . The communication at BigBus was terrible. We followed instructions and walked to their HQ to get our tickets. Upon arrival the team member was smug and just handed my one printed piece of paper with the info on Alcatraz... No tickets. I showed his THEIR APP that says the QR codes on the APP are not tickets and we needed printed tickets. His response was "i've done this thousands of times, you do not need ticket" Fast-forward to After Alcatraz... We could not get into the Aquarium, we could not get on a bus... So we walked back to 99 Jefferson where we were then handed 40 separate tickets for the attractions we were able to use. The only thing their APP was good for was the live map of the Busses. SF was beautiful, the bus drivers were great, Alcatraz was a bucket list item successfully checked off!
