Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Marhaba Lounge (Concourse C) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the lounge is located on the Departure Level, between Gate C23 and C25. Marhaba Lounge (Concourse A) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the lounge is located on the Departure Level, at the west end of Concourse A, between Gate A2 and A3. Marhaba Lounge Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the lounge is located at the Departure Area, beyond security clearance opposite Gate F3/F4. Marhaba Lounge (Concourse B) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the lounge is located at the east end of Level 4 on the north (Fox) side of the concourse, close to Gate B21. Access can be made via the elevator from Level 3 Departures. Plaza Premium Lounge (Concourse A) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the Lounge is located on Terminal 3, Concourse A, Mezzanine Floor. Ahlan Lounge at B Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, Departure Level, East side, the lounge is located next to Gate B26. Passengers departing from Concourse A or C must allow sufficient time (approx.20 - 40 minutes) to reach the departure gate. Emirates flights only. An A la Carte menu is available for an additional charge. Ahlan Business Class Lounge (Concourse D) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the lounge is located in Departures Area near Food Court. Ahlan First Class Lounge (Concourse D) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check,the lounge is located in Departures Area near Food Court. Marhaba Lounge (Concourse D) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the lounge is located at a level above boarding gates / Duty Free.
