What your day looks like

These 4 days gorilla and wildlife Safari gives you an opportunity to do gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park- a UNESCO heritage site it serves as a habitat to the minimum of 461 mountain gorillas over the 1063 total population worldwide making it the park with the biggest population of Mountain Gorilla with about 21 gorilla families. Bwindi is also rich with flora, several bird species such as the African broadbill which is endemic to Albertine valley, animals like duikers, and forest elephants. The scenic hills give impressive scenery and sightseeing adventure. Lake Bunyonyi is commonly known for its 29 Islands exhibits adventurous moments.

Your day, step by step

Day 1

Entebbe

Welcome to Uganda! The transfer starts early in the morning by exactly 6:30 am from your residence in Kampala or Entebbe, your safari guide will be picking you up to & heading to Queen Elizabeth for 417km in about 7 hours’ drive southwest of Kampala. The road trip starts from Kampala to the west and has the first stopover at the Equator for the amazing photos and demonstrations about the geographical separation of the north and the southern hemisphere.

Wildlife Safari at Queen Elizabeth National Park. Evening Game Drive From there continue with your road trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park and be welcomed by the beautiful Rwenzori ranges. Upon arrival in Queen Elizabeth National park, there will be an evening game drive in the park which highly relaxing, and views of several wild animals including Leopards, the Hogs, Lions, Buffaloes, Duikers, Hyenas, gigantic Elephants, and antelope species.

Day 2

Wildlife Safari at Queen Elizabeth National Park. Morning Game drive Embark on the morning game drive through Kasenyi trail and Queen’s mile in the park. This comes with views of cape Buffaloes, Warthogs, Elephants Topi, Kobs, Waterbucks, Hyena, Leopards, and lions, and various Bird species.

Wildlife & Eco Tourism at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Tree climbing lions After the game drive in kasenyi, continue with the transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through Ishasha, you will be able to see tree-climbing lions, Buffaloes, Elephants, Waterbucks, and continue to Bwindi arriving in the evening for relaxation.

Day 3

Hiking at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Clint eastwood You will head for a briefing conducted by the Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger guide, and by exactly 8 am and you will start your gorilla trekking moments into the forest, you will go to the rainforest this exciting activity involves encountering the heavily forested and dense landscape with plenty of animal tracks which ensures access for tourists tracking these animals. Animals include the endangered mountain gorillas, forest elephants, buffaloes, giant forest hogs, bushbucks, leopards black-fronted Duikers black-fronted Duikers, and many more. Mountain gorillas form the best highlight of the park. This thrilling memorable activity will leave you with a desire to have it again.

Canoeing at Lake Bunyonyi. Canoe After Gorilla trekking embarks on the transfer to Lake Bunyonyi with a drive through fascinating Kigezi terraced Highlands, arrive there in the afternoon, and go for the canoe riding on the lake or nature walk around the area to enhance your experience about the second deepest Lake in Africa with about 29 Islands.

Day 4

Transfer & Lunch time Your safari guide will transfer you to Kampala via Mbarara and have a stopover at Igongo Cultural Center for a lunch break and enjoy the local cousin and this comes with an option to visit the cultural museum.
