Your day, step by step

Day 1

Kampala

Welcome to Uganda! If you are unable to take a long safari in Uganda, a trip to Jinja is breathtaking outside Kampala with lots of exciting adventures to engage in. ou set off immediately after your early morning breakfast by 6.30 am to avoid Kampala traffic jams. Your road trip to Jinja will take you through the scenic views of landscapes, sugar plantations, vegetable markets, and forests.

Eco Tour. The Falls This is where you will have the first stopover, the place is Buganda kingdom’s cultural site, according to the Baganda community around the falls, it is believed that the river was born by a woman. Sezzibwa falls has beautiful views, great rock sceneries and the area is rich for birding activity, folktales, and traditional healers. Upon arrival, the resident guide will lead you around the falls.

Eco Tour at Mabira Forest. Hike through forest Our second stopover is at mabira forest. The forest is located north of Lake Victoria and is the largest tropical forest nearest to Kampala city. The forest is home to various animal species such as primates like the mangabey, red-tailed monkeys, and vervet monkeys and the forest is blessed with various bird species. Upon arrival at mabira forest, you will be led by the site guide for the hike in the forest.

Day 2

Kampala

White Water Rafting at Nile River. White water rafting You will set off to transfer to the briefing area of white water rafting. They will take you through the dos and don’ts of this adventurous activity from there you will embark on this long day adventure along the waterfalls of River Nile. You will be escorted by trained guides, instructors, and divers to give a hand whenever the need arises. This activity comes along with beautiful sceneries of forested islands. If you have free time after, the optional activities include tubing, quad biking, and horseback riding, and Jinja nightlife.
