Restrictions
- BOARDING AND SAFETY CLEARANCE - All guests must be able to demonstrate the ability to walk independently on sand and climb a boat ladder unassisted. At the captain’s discretion, guests may be asked to demonstrate safe mobility before boarding. If the captain determines that a guest cannot safely board, participate, or disembark, that guest may be denied participation in accordance with established safety and liability protocols. This policy exists solely to ensure the safety of all guests and crew and is applied consistently. Guests who are unable to meet the physical requirements for boarding will not be eligible for a refund, as these terms are clearly acknowledged and accepted at the time of booking.
Meeting & Pickup
- TOUR START TIME - Tours are scheduled to begin approximately one hour after your ship docks. We track cruise ship arrivals in real time and coordinate the tour based on the actual time your ship's gangway opens. While we aim to begin at the one-hour mark, departure times may vary slightly depending on sea conditions, safety protocols, and operational readiness. A delay of up to 30 minutes may occur in order to ensure full compliance with safety and environmental standards. - CHECK-IN LOCATION - Our check-in storefront is located at the Grand Turk Local Village, directly behind the yellow picnic tables in the sand, adjacent to the public restrooms. The building is multi-colored and sea-weathered. With over 800 5-Star verified guest reviews, our location is well established and easily found. - WALKING DIRECTIONS - This is the most direct and efficient route to check-in: Disembark and walk the length of the pier (approx. 1,033 ft / 315 m). Enter the Carnival Duty-Free Store at the pier’s end. Exit the store, turn left toward the beach path. Walk approximately 2,000 feet (0.4 miles) on the sand to the Grand Turk Local Village. - DISPATCH AND ARRIVAL POLICY - Disembarkation timing may vary by cruise line. Regardless of internal ship procedures, it is the guest’s responsibility to disembark promptly and arrive at the designated check-in location within one hour of the gangway opening. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

This was my very first time snorkeling, so I was both nervous and excited. The meet-up location was just a few minutes walk on the beach from where our ship docked. Our group did a quick orientation on the beach and then divided into the boats. During our time on the beach, we learned more about Grand Turk and the experience in general. The first stop was the wall (if I remember the name correctly) for snorkeling; our captain and first mate provided us with everything that we needed. The scenery is amazing! It's impossible to put into words the color of the water and the variety of life under the sea. From there, we headed to Gibbs Cay, and watched the staff prepare the conch (which was retrieved from the bottom of the ocean en route to the Cay). They did a wonderful demonstration and made it very interactive. We then headed back on the boat and enjoyed the freshly prepared conch salad and rum punch (non alcoholic version available too!). It was a wonderful excursion, especially for a first-timer, and I can't wait to go snorkeling again! I'm terrible at remembering names, but all of the staff that we interacted with were wonderful! Definitely take a good supply of reef-safe sunscreen and a rash guard! Some of us got a little crispy from being in the water, despite using a ridiculous amount of SPF; the sunburn pain was well worth the experience though!

This was the absolute BEST Snorkeling tour I've ever been on! I learned a lot and being able to spend time with stingrays and learning about how vital conch is to the area was great! Also loved petting the donkeys (not part of the official tour, but awesome nonetheless)! Everyone was awesome and I felt safe the entire time. Would definitely do this again! Thank you so much!!!!
