Host Bio: Young is a passionate Thai cook based in Nonthaburi, just outside Bangkok. A former prep and fry cook in the U.S., he returned to Thailand to attend culinary school and deepen his knowledge of regional Thai cuisines. Having traveled across the country tasting and studying local dishes, Young now invites guests into his home to discover flavors that date back over 500 years. His cooking classes go beyond familiar dishes like Pad Thai and Green Curry, offering an authentic journey through Thailand’s royal and regional food traditions.
