Restrictions
During August and September, Maya Bay is closed for preservation, and visits are replaced with time at tranquil Bamboo Island. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women. Not suitable for infants under 1 year old. Guests with serious back, neck, heart, or mobility problems should avoid this tour. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Luggage storage accessible.
Meeting & Pickup
Departure from the Marina and return to the hotel at approx 3 pm. Hotel pickup is complimentary to certain areas in Phuket only. Free transfers from all recognized hotels in the Kata / Karon / Patong/Kamala/Surin/Bangtao area (we may be required to pass on surcharges for pick-ups in other areas; details are provided at the time of booking)

The company made last minute modifications to the tour pick-up time as there was a medical situation that needed to be attended to prior to the tour. Communication was great. And they were able to transfer my client to their new hotel in Krabi for an additional fee, which was very convenient and appreciated.
