The capital of Tajikistan, a city of republican significance, the largest scientific, cultural, political, economic, industrial, and administrative center of the country. The highest state authorities of Tajikistan are in Dushanbe, including the residence of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Presidential Palace. The highest flag in the world has been erected in Dushanbe, which is included in the Guinness World Records. The population of the city is more than a million people. The time of the origin of the ancient settlement on the territory of the modern city is not precisely established. During the research conducted on the territory of Dushanbe, various household items of ancient people who lived here at the end of the Stone Age, in the Neolithic era, in the 4-3 millennium BC were discovered, which are currently on display at the National Museum of Antiquities of Tajikistan in the center of the country.

Day 1
Dushanbe
City/Town Tour at Dushanbe Flagpole. Welcome to Tajikistan! Beginning of the tour: Reception of tourists in the Dushanbe international airport; accommodation in hotel, Visiting objects: Memorial of Ismoil Somoni – the Nation Palace – State emblem square – Park "Navruzgoh" – State Flag square – National Museum – Victory Park; At once lunchOur tour begins with a visit to the Ismoil Somoni complex. In this complex, there is a monument of Ismoil Somoni and Dusti Square. The monument of Ismoil Somoni constructed in honor of the founder of the statehood of the Tajik nation Ismail Somoni. I. Somoni was the head of the Samanids State in the VIII-IX century. Monument height is 11.5 meters; arch height of 40 meters is a symbol of the Eastern state. Next object, which we will visit, is the Flagpole. The STATE FLAG SQUARE located in the center of Dushanbe, to the left part of the Nation Palace. This Flagpole entered in the Guinness Book of records as the Highest Flagpole in the world. The height of the flagpole is 165 meters, area 1800 m2, width 30 meters and length 60 meters. Next, visit the National Museum. NATIONAL MUSEUM — located in the center of Dushanbe. The Museum consists of 22 large and small exhibition halls — departments of nature, antiquity and the middle ages, modern history, fine and applied arts. The exposition area of the National Museum of Tajikistan is 15 thousand m2.

City/Town Tour at Dousti Square. Dushanbe historic excursion Breakfast in hotel, Visiting objects: Kokhi Navruz – Iram Park – Aini Park –Istiqlol (Independence) Monument and observation desk. KOHI NAVRUZ — a new construction as teahouse with national ornaments, 12 unusual halls, each of which is made in its own special national style. At the same time, it is ready to accept up to 3200 guests. IRAM PARK. This Park is located in the Northern part of Dushanbe. The garden area reaches 40 hectares; the main entrance to the garden is start from the East. The alley goes to the glass greenhouse, where the alleys and paths of the Botanical garden originate. Park was established in Dushanbe in 1933.The Istiqlol-Independence Monument and Istiqlol Square were opened on September 8, 2022 with the participation of the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, in honor of the 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. The 121-meter height of the Istiqlol complex is symbolic, that is, the lower part of the 30–meter complex is a symbol of the 30th anniversary of State independence, and the upper part - 91 meters – represents the independence in 1991 of the last centuries. The total area of the symbolic complex "Istiqlol" is 11900 square meters, the area of the object under construction is 4761 square meters. In the upper part of the complex there is an 8-meter crown made of titanium. In the symbol of Independence, the crown embodies the symbol of statehood, independence, state property and civilization, knowledge of the history of the ancient Tajik people. The base of the complex is an octagonal pyramid and consists of 7 entrances. When drawing up a project with the symbol "Crown", the designer relied as a basis on the symbol "Tree of Life", which represents and embodies broad ideas.

Cultural Immersion. Dushanbe culture excursion Breakfast in hotel, Visiting objects: Mausoleum of Mavlono Yaqubi Charkhi – Museum of Oriental studies – Ferdowsi Park – Bigger market Korvon – TTS “National crafts” – Attraction Park Khayyam; At once launchYOQUB IBN USMAN AL-GARHI (1359-1447) — a religious figure, the spiritual leader of the Sufi tariqa Hadzha-Naqshbandi. Sheikh, the eighteenth in the golden chain of succession of sheikhs of tariqa. ABULQOSIM FERDAVSI (940–1020), or just Ferdowsi was a Persian poet and the author of Shahnameh (“Book of Kings”), which is the world's longest epic poem created by a single poet, and the national epic of Greater Iran. Ferdowsi celebrated as the most influential figure in Persian literature and one of the greatest in the history of literature. In the Galleria and shopping center “National crafts” will be present creative and cultural history of the Tajik nation. From times immemorial, Tajiks have been famous for creations of national craftsmen. These skillful hands have been making fabrics, utensils, musical instruments, carpets, furniture, jewelry and many other things for many centuries using only natural ecologically pure raw materials. Today many of these things have become souvenirs, which are especially appreciate by foreign visitors to Central Asia and Tajikistan in particular. The next object is the AMUSEMENT PARK “KHAYYAM” - located in the Northern part of the city, equipped with dozens of modern cultural entertainment and high-tech rides. Very beautiful Park, a great place for an evening walk, it has many attractions for all generations.

Day 4

Local Flavor. Hisor Fortress Breakfast in hotel, departure to the town of Hisor. Visiting objects: Museum of Hissor – Teahouse “Kharbuza” – Museum Mirzo Tursunzoda – Curative Spring Shohambari; At once lunch, HISSAR is old town – 3000 years ago it was the capital of the province of Eastern Bukhara. The fortress overlooks the market square, surrounded by a caravanserai and two madrasas, one of which is an ethnographic Museum. The first object in the town of Hissar is the TEAHOUSE KHARBUZA - a TEAHOUSE is unique in the world, it was built in the form of a melon (the Taj: - kharbuza). The teahouse, with a height of 43 meters, length 100 meters, width of 55 meters, is design to receive 2.3 thousand visitors at a time. Another object is the HISSAR FORTRESS.HISSAR FORTRESS is like a Palace of one of the beks of Bukhara Emirate, with walls 1m thick, with loopholes for guns and cannons towered on the slope of a high hill and guarded by guards. Inside were a swimming pool and garden (3000 years) — located 26 km from Dushanbe (West). The fortress is an open-air Museum.

Day 5

Leisure at Safed Dara. Safed-Dara resort Breakfast in hotel, departure to the Varzob Canyon.
