This was a great experience and included some beautiful sights beyond the city. Lots of mountains, waterfalls, and dramatic traditional scenery. We loved designing and launching our own lanterns and navigating the tiny but numerous market built around the cobbled mountain terrain while sampling teas and local eats. Our guide was quite friendly and flexible, but did not provide much insight or guidance during the tour other than responding to our questions. I really wanted to learn as much as I could and would have enjoyed learning more from him. But otherwise it was one of my favorite parts of our extended Asia trip

If I could give this 6 stars, I would! Jennifer Yang was delightful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Wish we could have done more days with her! What a beautiful and varied country Taiwan is! I had no idea. We enjoyed nature, history, culinary and shopping, along with fabulous views and caring service throughout. Definitely highly recommend!
