It was s very nice and interesting tour. Our tour guide was very informative. The weather, however, was raining the entire day which we have no control. I thought it was worth spending the time we did at the Lindt Chocolate Factory.

Guide did the best she could with a full bus tour. Overall, we received a good comprehensive tour of the city. Lindt chocolate factory was educational and boat cruise was a beautiful way to return to the center city.

My clients were not happy at all with their tour guide for this tour. They said she walked too fast, they couldn't hear what she had to say and she spent an unusual amount of time showing them the extremely expensive shops and spent a lot of time talking about shopping.

We enjoyed seeing areas of Zürich and tasting yummy chocolate, but our guide did not present or explain the areas that we were seeing very well and talked about a lot of random stuff, so we didn’t feel very well informed. the rest of our tours with the same company were excellent so maybe it was just the guide

Great guide. It did get a little confusing because there were 3 tours on our bus. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but the walking tour got rushed because of time. I would've liked for that not to have been so hurried. However, I would recommend this tour.
