Joseph was incredible! He was full of knowledge, kept us safe, adjusted when we saw something we wanted to and made our tour unforgettable. We had a tour that last minute canceled so we booked this tour. It was confusing on whether or not the boat cruise was included as we were not seeing the Chocolate Factory (saw it before the tour separately). Other than that, they were very accommodating and even picked us up at the Chocolate Factory. Highly recommend, just make sure to specify everything that is included.
