The consistent rainfall did not dampen our overall enjoyment of our Lugano Town Center tour with Enrica. Enrica did a great job of showing and explaining the history and architecture of Lugano throughout time and today. She had a warm and welcoming personality, great pacing, and was able to answer all our questions and give us some great suggestions of things to do and places to go during the rest of our stay in Lugano. We give Erica a very high recommendation.
