On this day tour from Stockholm, you will visit the urban city of Uppsala and the cozy small wooden town of Sigtuna. In Uppsala, Northern Europe's biggest cathedral awaits, a lot of 17th C houses on the eastern bank as well as buildings connected to Scandinavia's oldest university and some museums. If open, we will visit ht national treasure, the Silver bible, explore the murders at the castle, stroll along the botanical garden in summertime, and explore the history and beauty of the city. In Sigtuna, we get flung back into a Swedish 17th C small town with the smallest town hall in the country as well as Viking roots.
