It was wonderful how we were escorted and how quickly we were able to get through the lines. Everyone was very friendly. The private lounge was very nice and convenient as well. Gave us a nice quiet place to wait. Food was good for the most part. The Mac and cheese bowls were tough to eat because the cheese on top was so hard. But overall it was a nice spread.

Transfers were awesome! Kevin was prompt, informative and we learned quite a bit along the drive to and from our resorts. Cold beverage was a nice touch for the ride! At departure the fast track was not yet at the airport when we arrived even though our driver called in advance so we used a porter to bring bags in, then he arrived and gave us the lounge pass. The airport wasn’t too busy but can see the value of it was as I have had clients wait over an hour to get though. Would recommend this service!

Well worth the money. Bypassing the long line in the crowded airport was so nice, definitely felt like a VIP. We also had access to the departure lounge which came in handy when our flight was delayed by 4 hours. The lounge had WiFi and their airport didn't. I would highly recommend to anyone!
