A British Cocoa Grower and chocolatier par excellence has established “Hotel Chocolat” right here on St. Lucia on historic Rabot Estate. Join this exciting excursion which will thrill and delight you as you learn the technique of mixing and making your very own chocolate bar. As the chocolates are placed in the refrigerator to cool, enjoy lunch at Rabot Market. Clients will then be presented with their chocolate creations whilst they shop at the Rabot retail shop. Return to your hotel along the same route after a fascinating day.
