What your day looks like
Savoring Gourmet chocolates made by your very own hands is a captivating and uplifting experience that cannot be duplicated. A British Cocoa Grower and chocolatier par excellence has established “Hotel Chocolat” right here in St. Lucia on the historic Rabot Estate. The tour takes you through all the fascinating stages from the cocoa seedling nursery, fermenting room and sun-drying station to grinding, mixing and tasting! As the chocolates are placed in the refrigerator to cool, enjoy lunch at Rabot Market. Clients will then be presented with their chocolate creations whilst they shop at the Rabot retail shop. Return to your hotel along the same route after a fascinating day.
