Our class was fantastic. One of the highlights was walking to La Boqueria to shop for seafood ingredients, which made the experience feel even more authentic and memorable. Hugo was incredibly helpful, showing the group how to choose the best clams, squid, and prawns with confidence. The walk through the neighborhood to the culinary school was also a great part of the experience, adding to the charm of the day. Once in the kitchen, Hugo continued to assist us and made the whole class smooth and enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who has the time to take part.

This tour was super fun! It started with a tour of the La Boqueria market and shopping for seafood. The guide/chef (Maria) was Brazilian. She was very knowledgeable and made the class a lot of fun. We highly recommend Maria and the tour.
