Founded in 1988 as a tribute to the legendary flamenco dancer Carmen Amaya, Tablao de Carmen preserves the authentic spirit and atmosphere of traditional flamenco. Enjoy top artists performing in an Andalusian-style venue that invites a close connection between performers and audience—while you dine and experience the passion of flamenco up close. Located in Poble Espanyol, Barcelona’s open-air museum of Spanish architecture, art, and tradition, the Tablao offers a truly genuine cultural experience. Your ticket also includes entry to Poble Espanyol from 4:00 p.m. on the day of your show.

What to know before booking
Meeting & Pickup
We are located inside the Spanish Village, so you have to go through the main entrance: Av. de Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia, 13. The nearest public transport is: Metro Plaza España, Lines 1 & 3 (12 minutes walking), and the Turistic Bus stop Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village). Walk towards the MNAC through Maria Cristina avenue, and turn right just before the steps that lead to the magic fountain. Do not walk all the way up to the MNAC; turn right before crossing the Magic Fountain.
