Our guide was very good, both knowledgeable and pleasant. Unfortunately we didn't realize when we signed up for the 3pm tour that tours after 3pm are bilingual. So while she provided a lot of good information in English, she had to repeat it in Spanish to others in the group. That turned out to be a waste of our time. In addition and more surprising was that they did not provide us with transportation back to where we started at the Sagrada Família, but had to take a taxi back. I'd not been on a tour before that didn't provide transport back to our starting spot. That was certainly not clear when we originally signed up for the tour.

It was a good tour, however, the location of the Julià tours was hidden inside another business and we had trouble finding where to check in as did others in my group. The monolingual English tour guide, seemingly very knowledgeable, was a little hard to understand on the first half of the tour which was Park Guell but the different guide for Segrada was a little easier to understand and also very knowledgeable. Definitely need to take a tour because getting into the Segrada without a front of the line pass is difficult. Probably need a little more time in Park Guell to appreciate the beauty and have time to go WC if needed. Would do again.
