Francisco was great in his explanations of history and gastronomy. He was very friendly and showed respect for everyone. It was a small group; felt very personal and had the chance to ask many questions. And the food was great. We had iberico ham a number of times on our trip, but the one we had on this tour tasted the best to us. The duck so simple but really delicious. We never would have ordered a bread pudding-like dessert on our own, but the one we had to finish the tour was excellent.
