We had an amazing, informative and fun tour with Rosarillo (Charo)! Her enthusiasm was contagious and 4 hours absolutely flew by! She imparted not only her love of food and culture but even more than that, she made our group experience one that we will never forget. She is a true gem! If you can request her to lead your tour, do so! We would recommend her to anyone traveling in Malaga.

Rosarillo, our tour guide was OUTSTANDING!!! I would definitely hire her again and everyone in our party loved her. We had so much food on our tour, it was all amazing! One thing for Project Expedition to ask before an eating tour is ask about whether or not clients are allergic to something or do not care for certain things. I would highly recommend Project Expedition to other Cruise Planners agents and my clients.

This small group tour was perfect. There were 4 adults and we had our toddler in a stroller. The tour with Jose was fantastic, showing us little known gems of the city and bridging the history into our stroll and dining, while also showing us how Southern Spanish families eat weekly.

A Perfect Morning in Malaga — Food, Fun, and Local Flavor This tour was such a treat from start to finish. We started at the local market, sampling incredible nuts and figs from a cheerful vendor — I even bought some to take home. From there, we wandered through the city, trying fresh tapas and soaking up the summer vibes. One of the highlights was a stop at Antonio Banderas’ buzzing, hip spot — packed with locals and full of energy. We also had the most perfectly fried calamari at what our guide told us was the place to go (she wasn’t wrong). And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, we ended with some truly amazing pastries. The tour was fun, intimate, and felt really personal. Our guide was warm and easygoing, and it honestly felt like hanging out with friends who just happen to know all the best places in town. Highly recommend if you're in Malaga and want a real taste of the city.

Knowledgeable, fun and engaging guide who showed us parts of Malaga and had us trying foods that we would not otherwise found.
