- No babies allowed. - The tuk tuks have a maximum capacity of 4 passengers.
Meeting & Pickup
The pick-up point is located in the (underground) bus station of Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the "Puerta del Príncipe." Directly across from the "Puerta del Príncipe," you will find the stairs leading down to the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to guide you to the exact pick-up point. Before the tour start time you will receive a message with the name of your driver, and the number of the tuk tuk she/he is driving, so it will be easy to recognize her/him at the pick up point. The tuk tuks are always on time at the pick-up time, but sometimes there is traffic and they may be a few minutes late. Whenever there is a delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible at the telephone number you provide.
