West Global Geo Park in Jeju

What your day looks like

On our tour, we will visit many of the most inspiring and captivating natural sites designated as Global Geo Park by UNESCO in west Jeju including the west seashore and the very special forest that only Jeju has in the world. We’ll see the Aewol Seashore, and see Gu Um Rock Salt Mine which is the old salt rock mine, and Hyupjae Beach. In front of Hyupjae beach, we can see Biyangdo island produced by the latest volcanic eruption 1,000 years ago. And we will take a walk along the seashore at Suwolbong which shows Global Geo Park by UNESCO) or visit Hallim Park which is the biggest park in Jeju having many kinds of plants, birds, rocks, caves, and a folk village. These visits will work up our appetite for a delicious local lunch before we continue our journey. Next, we will take 40 minutes’ walk at the Fantastic Forest consisted of Gotjawal which is very special in that it’s only one forest where northern and southern plants live together in one place in the world or we will visit O’sulloc Tea Museum showing peaceful green tea fields, a gorgeous organic cafe, and lots of high qualified cosmetic products made of Jeju’s authentic mandarine, volcanic stone, and camellia, etc. Then, we will trail Mt. Songaksan made by two times of volcanic eruptions, or get aboard a cruise boat along the fantastic western seashore. Finally, we will visit Yongmeori Cost (Global Geo Park by UNESCO) and Mt, Sanbangsan (Global Geo Park by UNESCO).
