Get ready for the exhilarating fun of sandboarding down the stunning Atlantis Dunes just outside of Cape Town, on South Africa's beautiful West Coast! These magnificent dunes feature soft, white sand that reaches heights of up to 50 meters, creating an awe-inspiring setting for an unforgettable experience.

What to know before booking
Included
Transport/Hotel pickup & drop off (if paid for transport add-on). Compulsory entry permit/conservation fee. Qualified instructor/guide. All equipement. Sandboarding (1-1½ hrs).
Not Included
Transport/Hotel pickup & drop off (if not paid for transport add-on). Meals, snacks and/or drinks (there are no shops at the dunes). All items of a personal nature.
What to Bring
What to wear / bring: Comfortable clothes, closed shoes, long thick socks, sunblock, hat, sunglasses, warm jacket in winter (dress warm in winter and bring a windbreaker/rain jacket). Water (min 1L pp). It is important to stay hydrate, especially in summer when it gets really hot at and on the dunes. There are no shops at the Dunes, only restroom facilities.
Restrictions
Minimum Age SANDBOARD: 4 years. Any children joining needs to be communicated to us prior to your trip so proper arrangements can be made to accommodate. The guide reserves the right to change ride-along arrangements in the interests of client safety. Pregnancy Policy: Moms to be, we apologise, this tour is not for you while you are pregnant.
Meeting & Pickup
Incl Transport add-on: We can pickup from any hotel, guesthouse, backpackers or street address within 10km radius of Cape Town City Centre. We will confirm your exact pickup time with you the day before your trip. Pickup times are normally around 1 hour prior to activity start time. Excl. Transport add-on: Meeting point is at the Witzands Aquifer Nature Reserve/Atlantis Dunes. We will share exact location & meeting time with you the day before your trip.
