Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Before you go
Meeting & Pickup
Mashonzha Lounge (Terminal A) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, follow signage to Gates A7 - A18. Follow signage lounge escalators on the left, go top, turn left and the Lounge is located on the right hand side. Shongololo Lounge (Terminal A) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check turn left, follow signage to Gates A7-A18. Pass the Air France Lounge and take the escalator go down to where the Lounge is located on the left hand side. Bidvest Premier Lounge (Terminal A - International) Location: Airside - After Passport Control,turn right and proceed straight to the end of the Duty Free Area.Take the escalator just before the 'Out of Africa' Shop up to the Mezzanine Level where the Lounge is located in the right hand corner. Bidvest Sky Lounge (TB Domestic) Location: Airside - After Security Checks turn right. Take the lift to the Level 4 and the Lounge is located on the left hand side. Bidvest Premier Lounge (TB Domestic) Location: Airside - After Security Checks, take the escalators located behind the Sweet Shop down to the next level, into the Lounge. The Lounge is not accessible to any passengers departing on an international flight who must use Lounges located in Terminal A. Aspire Airport Lounge Location: Airside - After Security Check, the lounge is located near Boarding Gate A6, A7.
