What travelers are saying
The tour was, overall, good. The driver/guide was courteous and interesting. I was disappointed not to be able to spend more time at the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point. We would have liked to walk around both areas more. I'd dispense with the ostrich farm to get more time at these two other areas.
Candy and Marbee were excellent guides. They were very knowledgeable and FUN! There were places we stopped that were not on the listing so we could take photos and learn more of the area. The tour was very encompassing and educational. Thank you!
Our group had a wonderful tour of the Peninsula! Our guide was very kind and very informative. Having the sounds system in the van was very useful so that everyone could hear all the history he taught us. We particularly enjoyed the Cape of Good Hope and the Penguins at Boulder's Bay Beach. Those penguins are absolutely adorable!!
It was a very interesting trip around the Cape Town area of South Africa. The variety of sights made for many photo opportunities. When we were at the Cape of Good Hope, it would have been nice to have been told that the hike from the Lighthouse parking area to the Cape parking area was a strenuous one. Our tour guide, Rodney Zinyama, had to come up from the Cape lot to where I was on the trail and assist me down the trail to where the van was parked. He did an amazing job.
