Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Sky Hub Lounge (West Wing) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, up to the Level 4, the Lounge is located next to the Transit counter, opposite Gate 42.(West Wing) MATINA LOUNGE (West Wing) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, take the escalator opposite Gate 43 to the Level 4. Follow signs 'Transit Hotel' to where the lounge is located.(West Wing) Sky Hub Lounge (East Wing) Location: Airside - East Wing. after Passport Control and Security Check, up to the Level 4, the Lounge is located next to the Transit counter, opposite Gate 11. KAL Lounge (Intl - Concourse A) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check and Security Check, proceed down to the terminal basement and take the 'Starline'. The Lounge is located on the 4th,next to Gate 115/117. MATINA LOUNGE (East Wing) Location: Airside - East Wing. after Passport Control and Security Check, take the escalator opposite Gate 11 to the Level 4. Follow signs 'Transit Hotel' to where the lounge is located. Sky Hub Lounge (Intl - Concourse A) Location: Airside - After Security Check, take the shuttle train on the basement floor, take the escalator near the Boarding Gate 115 to the level 4.
