This product allows you to enjoy a single entry to the lounge(s) listed below. Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck - Set Meal Location: Airside - After security check, next to the entrance to B gates. Marhaba Lounge (T3) Location: Airside - Departure Hall Level 3, right opposite Singapore Food Street. After passport control, go up the escalator on your right between Louis Vuitton and DFS. Airport Wellness Oasis T1 (Free Massage Available) Location: Airside - the Lounge is located after Passport Control and Security Check, next to Departure Gate D41. Ambassador Transit Lounge (T2) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, Level 3, Departure Transit Lounge South, follow the 'Gym& Lounge' instruction. The lounge is next to 'Sun Flower Garden'. The Haven Lounge (T3 Arrival) Location: Landside - After Immigration Check, please follow the 'Pay-per-use Lounge' signs in Arrival Hall. For arriving or transiting passenger, please clear immigration and baggage retrieval before proceeding to the lounge. For departing passenger or non-travellers, please proceed to the lounge directly. Ambassador Transit Lounge (T3) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check in North Departure Transit Hall, Mezzanine Level (Level 3). The Lounge is located adjacent to Movie Theatre. SATS Premier Lounge (T2) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, facing the departure immigration, turn to your right and look out for the wayfinding signage 'Lounges'. SATS Premier Lounge is located on Mezzanine (Level 3), please refer to the map for more information. SATS Premier Lounge (T3) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, facing the departure immigration, turn to your right and look out for the wayfinding signage 'Lounges'. SATS Premier Lounge is located on Mezzanine (Level 3), please refer to the map for more information. Plaza Premium Lounge (T1) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, take the escalator next to gate C1 up to Mezzanine Level. Dnata Lounge (T1) Location: Airside - after passport control and security check, take the escalator in front to the Mezzanine level and the dnata Lounge can be found on the right (opposite the Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao Restaurant)
