My clients loved this trip
Great history and stories from our guide and very skilful bus driver. Lovely scenery. Fabulous weather too.
Overall, we enjoyed the tour! Alnwick Castle was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight. Holy Island, on the other hand, felt a bit underwhelming, and we didn’t visit any battlefields as expected. There was some initial stress due to incorrect instructions for the meeting point, but thankfully the tour operator called us and even came to pick us up—great customer service there. I’d recommend this tour primarily for visiting Alnwick Castle. Our guide was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout the day.
Amazing tour. Our tour driver Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable of Scottish history and the history of the castles we went to visit. The only downside was the weather was unfavorable during the time of our visit to Holy Island (obviously this was not controllable). I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking to do so.
