Detailed Itinerary

The journey, in full

Stop 1: Samoa’s Largest Traditional Fale Visit the grand fale used to welcome dignitaries, take photos, and learn about Samoan customs. Enter the fale (if no events are scheduled) and enjoy a brief cultural introduction. Stop 2: Hidden Waterfalls near Robert Louis Stevenson Museum Explore a hidden waterfall trail, enjoy bird watching, and take in the serene environment (10-minute walk). A unique spot that most tours don’t include. Stop 3: Bahá’í Temple Marvel at the temple’s unique architecture and take a peaceful stroll through its gardens. Stop 4: O Le Pupu Pu’e National Park – Coastal Walk Hike along the volcanic cliffs, take in breathtaking ocean views, and admire the rugged landscape (20-minute walk). Stop 5: Togitogiga Waterfalls Cool off with a refreshing dip in the waterfalls. Stop 6: Lunch Break Choose between Sinalei Reef Resort, Maninoa Beach Club, or Coconuts Beach Resort for lunch (self-paid; mains around 40 tala and drinks 10 tala). Stop 7: Savaia Giant Clam Sanctuary Snorkel among protected coral reefs and giant clams, with high chances of spotting turtles. Snorkel gear available for rent (10 tala per person) and optional local guides are on-site. Duration: 40 minutes to 1 hour. Strong swimmers only due to currents. Stop 8: Survivor Samoa Beach Resort Visit the location where the Survivor US series was filmed, including Samoa and Heroes vs. Villains. Stop 9: Scenic Drive Through Villages: Enjoy the westward journey through traditional villages, with picture stops at architecturally significant buildings. Drop-Off: Return to your Apia accommodation around 4:30 PM.
