What your day looks like

On this 10-day Gorillas and wildlife safari, you will visit Kigali city and Volcanoes National Park, which is one of the best places in the world for gorilla trekking safaris in Rwanda and one of the best wildlife destinations on the African continent. Rwanda and Kenya are both home to some of the best wildlife destinations in the world. Visit Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya, the best wildlife destination in the world, which is also home to the Big Five (lions, leopards, rhinoceroses, cape buffaloes, and elephants) and the Great Wildebeest Migration every year. Another place to go is Amboseli National Park, which has enormous herds of elephants and the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. You get the chance to visit Rwanda's national park of the volcanoes on a gorilla trekking safari. In Rwanda's northwest is where you can find the Volcanoes National Park. Its 62 square miles are made up of rain forest and 5 of the 8 volcanoes that make up the larger Virunga region. Muhabura, Karisimbi, Sabinyo, Bisoke, and Gahinga are some of these mountains. The Mgahinga National Park in Uganda and the Virunga National Park in Congo are on either side of the park. The Rwandan Volcanoes National Park has gained notoriety as the previous home of Dian Fossey, a renowned primatologist, as well as the habitat of Mountain Gorillas and Golden Monkeys. The best National Parks and Reserves in Kenya are included in this safari. See the renowned Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru with its various animals, and Amboseli National Park, which is renowned for its views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large populations of elephants. For those who want to see gorillas and the best of Kenya's big five, this extensive safari across Rwanda and Kenya is perfect. Beginning at Amboseli, where the beautiful Mount Kilimanjaro dominates the landscape, and continuing through the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, before arriving in the Masai Mara, a region famed for its big cat population.
