What to know before booking
Meeting & Pickup
The Lounge San Juan at Terminal A: Airside - after Security, turn left and walk through the Duty Free Shops. The lounge is located on the right hand side. (Terminal: Terminal A) The Lounge San Juan at Terminal C: Airside - the lounge is located at the entrance of Terminal C. Pass through Security Check Point B, turn left and walk towards Terminal C until you see the "The Lounge" sign. Take the elevator to the third floor (please press 3R). (Terminal: Terminal C)

The lounge was much smaller than expected. We had to wait 20-30minutes for someone to leave before we could enter the lounge (there was a line). Once inside, we enjoyed the ability to sit at a table, enjoy beverages and some snacks (salad and cake. didn't like the sandwich options). My husband enjoyed the strong WiFi (streamed a NHL game). I wish I had known that there was a menu for additional food options; it was the QR code on the table. Didn't even notice that it said "Menu." Had I known the lounge needed a printed copy of the pass, I would have printed it to bring with me. Luckily we were easily able to print it on their printer from my phone. (the information on the voucher only stated to 'present' the confirmation upon arrival)
