Meeting Point: Town Esperanza, across from El Quenepo restaurant, 148 Calle Flamboyan road 997, Vieques, PR 00765 Vieques is a small island located off the east coast of mainland Puerto Rico, accessible by ferry or short flight. - Tours will depart as scheduled. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose their reservation without a refund
